Terms of Service



Ensure that you check your plan and that it is correct before proceeding, our in- house surveyors will check on utilities and services before you finalise the details.

We do not provide a product only offer on Retail sales

1. Your Contract
Please read the terms and conditions set out in this agreement for the sale of Products. We refer to the term “bespoke” that means all orders are made in our factory to your specifications with the exception of appliances and metal work. worktops are manufactured to order from our worktop supplier partner. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion. All orders will be required to be signed for prior to manufacture and the payment terms met.

We have the right to amend or revise these terms and conditions on any contract for the sale of Products.

2. Descriptions, prices and product information
All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated. Additional costs may apply following the survey for works required to services, utilities and additional works. Although we do not charge for delivery of the product in some circumstances additional costs may apply for ferries etc. You will be notified prior to the sale of these costs. Any quote received shall have a validity of 28 days only, due to varying costs of materials and supply.
Cancellation of an installation by you within 7 days of commencement may result in additional storage or delivery costs.

If you fail to make any payments additional and surplus costs may be applied including interest. Nothing in the terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or injury, fraud, losses of revenue or income.

3. Availability
If for any other reason beyond our reasonable control we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you except to ensure that you are not charged for that item.

4. Payment and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy from us. A cooling off period of 7 days will be given from the date of order. After the 7 day cooling off period any deposits paid for goods / services will be non-refundable.

5. Delivery
Our delivery courier will make deliveries to you. We do our best to secure delivery within 7 days of the Start date of your Installation order, or on the date requested or specified when your order is placed. in some instances the installation team may carry the products with them to site. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery is taken and stored in a correct manner and safe keeping until the installation team arrives. If you cannot take your delivery you must contact us 7 days prior to the delivery.
All project are expected to be made in one delivery, however in certain circumstances this may alter due to reasons beyond our control or for safety. In these instances we will attempt to alleviate the disruption to you to a minimum. Our products will be checked prior to leaving the factory and there is no need to check the items on delivery, our installation team will check again upon commencement.

6. Installation
All our Retail services ordered include an installation service. The dedicated Furniture@ project manager will contact you to arrange a convenient time to attend your home to carry out a survey, following which the installer/office shall agree a date with you on which the installation will start. If the installation you require is not a standard installation (for example, it includes moving services, connection services or building works) this may incur further charges and you may be aware of these at the survey and any costs agreed prior to commencement. Throughout the installation you are responsible for giving the installer reasonable access to your property in order that installation works can be completed. Whilst we make every effort to install the items within that time, we shall not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control. We shall contact you to let you know if we are having any problems installing the items within the stated time.
We will do our best to ensure that the installer; performs the services with due care and skill; observes all health and safety rules
Removal and disposal excludes refrigeration appliances.

7. Cancellation and Refund policy
All cancellations must be made in writing and within 7 days of placing your order.
If you are entitled to a refund, we will make a refund to the account originally charged for the purchase of the product or services. Refunds will be made at the earliest opportunity and will be dependent on transactional times associated with the original payment method. The 40% deposit is non-refundable following the 7 day cooling off period. All projects that have began manufacture will be considered on a declining scale of refund dependant upon the stage of the project.

8. Faulty items (appliances/worktops and third part products)
If, after a product has been fitted, you find a fault, we reserve the right to request the manufacturer or a registered engineer to contact you or make a house visit to confirm the fault. Manufacturer’s may require you to register the appliance guarantee with them in the UK, in this case you should contact the manufacturer at the earliest opportunity should you have issue with an appliance supplied by us. For all EU installations Furniture@ will cover the warranty on all appliances for 1 year

9. Payments
You can pay by Cash, BACS transfer, Cheque, Mastercard or Visa credit card, Maestro, Solo or Delta debit card. Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure.
Authority for payment must be given at the time of order. If there is a problem taking payment for all or part of your order we will contact you by email (or by telephone if you have not given us an email address). 40% deposit payment will be required when you place your order, with 40% of the full balance payable the week prior to the delivery and the remaining 20% payable upon completion of the original installation.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

10. Our responsibility to you
If we are in breach of these Terms & Conditions, we will only be responsible for any direct losses that you suffer as a result to the extent that they are a foreseeable consequence to both of us at the time you make the relevant order. Our products are for personal use only and our liability shall not in any event include business losses such as lost data, lost profits or business interruption.

We shall not be liable or responsible for failure due to events out of our control. A Force Majeure event is included in this term. In this instance we reserve the right to extend our lead time to perform our obligations or find a suitable solution to perform despite the event.

11. Product
Warranty information for the Indoor cabinetry and doors – 5 Years
Kitchen hinges & runners – 2 years
All internal pull outs, pull & swing, and/or internal fixtures 2 years
Appliances (UK) – Covered by the standard manufacturers guarantee – it is the customers responsibility to ensure appliances are registered online with the manufacturer
Worktops – As per manufacturers as long as all maintenance and care are followed, subject to climate conditions
Installation – All installation work is guaranteed for 12 months against defective workmanship

We shall not be responsible for any breach of these Product and Installation Terms & Conditions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In particular, if the performance of our/our installer’s obligations under these Product and Installation Terms and Conditions is prevented or delayed by any act or omission by you, neither we nor the installer shall be liable for any costs, charges or losses sustained or incurred by you arising directly or indirectly from such prevention or delay. Except as expressly set out in these Product and Installation Terms & Conditions, all use of your personal information will be made in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All claims off warranty may be subject to a visit from a representative of Furniture@.

This does not affect your legal rights. You may not transfer your warranty
